BTEC FIRST DIPLOMA IN PUBLIC SERVICES
The Cadet Vocational Qualification Office offers all
cadets aged 16 or over the opportunity to earn a:
BTEC First Diploma in Public Services, a widely recognised
qualification equivalent to 4GCSE's at A to C level.
There are no costs associated with the programme; however
cadets are required to complete the course syllabus
which includes supervised adventure training activities
and occasional weekend outings.
The BTEC diploma provides a qualification that is recognised
and respected by employers as well as institutes of
higher education. By providing a trusted standard of
excellence, the CVQO encourages and rewards achievement
in both vocational and academic education.
ADULT QUALIFICATIONS:
Vocational Qualification. The Introduction to Supervision
and Training qualification is a Level 3 Vocational Qualification
for adults who pass the CCF Advanced/KGVI course. The
Cadet Training Centre is an Accredited Centre for The
Institute of Learning Management. This Award Body is
an amalgamation of NEBS'M' and ISM.
Adults who wish to register for the Award may do so
during the KGVI course. If they are members of ACFA
then there is no cost, otherwise they have to pay £20.
